How flyza.com handles the details you give us when you ask for information about flight training. Last updated 16 September 2026.
Who is responsible
flyza.com is operated by Prosoft Microsystems cc, trading as WebPro Internet, of Durban, South Africa. Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, Prosoft Microsystems cc is the responsible party for the details you give us here.

What we collect, and why
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, which licence you are interested in, roughly when you want to start, your province, and anything you write in the message box.
We also record which of our websites you came from and which page the form was on, so we know which site is actually useful. We do not track you across other websites.
What we do with it
- We pass it to flight schools that match what you asked for, so they can contact you. This only happens if you ticked the box saying we may. If you did not tick it, we do not pass your details to anyone.
- We score how ready you are to start — from your timing, whether you left a phone number, and whether you wrote a real message — so schools answer the people who want to start soonest. No decision with a legal effect is made automatically, and a person sees every enquiry.
- We email you occasionally about training costs and licence changes, but only if you ticked that second box. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to anyone other than the schools that match your request.
Who else sees it
The schools we match you to are separate businesses and become responsible for your details once we pass them on. Their own privacy notices apply from that point.
The enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a submission comes from a person or a bot. Cloudflare receives your IP address for that check. We also record your IP address at the moment you give consent, because that is part of the record that you gave it.
How long we keep it
We keep your enquiry for 24 months from the last time you were in contact with us. After that we delete it, or strip it of anything that identifies you and keep only the counts. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we will.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time — including after we have passed your details to a school. Withdrawing consent does not undo what was done before you withdrew it.
Email info@flight-schools.net and we will answer within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at enquiries@inforegulator.org.za.
